Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Savage Supply gear. If something isn't right, we're happy to accept a return or exchange within 30 days of your original purchase date.
To be eligible, items must be:
- In new, unused condition
- Tags still attached
- In the original packaging received
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit. This includes any items marked as Final Sale at the time of purchase.
For sanitary reasons, all neck gaiters and sun masks are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
To start a return, log in to your customer account here and select the order you'd like to return. Click "Request return," select the items, and submit your request. We'll review it and be in touch within 1-2 business days.
For exchanges, email us at orders@savagesupply.co with your order number and the item you'd like instead. We'll get you sorted out.
Savage Tested, Savage Approved. If it didn't work out, we'll make it right.
